
E Commerce Lead For Leading Consumer Electronic Brand

Responsibilities
- Relationship management with Laptop and Mobile category team of Top E-commerce Customers
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monthly - Quarterly biz plan alignment with Customers.
- Plan the Monthly event calendar well in advance.
- Assist in supply chain planning along with the Customer & internal Product Center team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Regularly check the product contents, customers comments, pricing, service pack integration etc on the E-commerce Portal
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales performance.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with all the key stakeholders and solve any Operation related issue which includes DOA returns, debit notes etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital sales best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
