Role Highlights:

  • Position: Inside Sales / Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales to prospects in international markets (US/UK)
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Manage sales pipeline via CRM and achieve targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding and success
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 1–7 years of experience in inside sales or customer success
  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Experience in international/B2B sales preferred
  • Comfortable working in US time zone shifts

Shift Timings: Any shifts between 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM/ 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Rotational)

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Work From Office: 5 Days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
