Job Description

Profile - Non IT Recruiter

CTC - Depends on interview and experience

Location - Gwalior

Shift 10:30 to 7:30

Graduate Freshers are most welcome

Under graduate with 6 month of any Experience can be consider

First 30 days Training will not be paid (For Freshers) only traveling allowances are paid

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication to all parties involved.

  • Follow up on interview results and extend job offers to selected candidates.

  • Able to Achive the targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field (consultancy, human resources).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
