Job Description:

We are actively seeking diversity candidates for the position of Team Lead ODN, who will be responsible for leading the operations of the Optical Distribution Network (ODN) in Gurugram. The role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in telecom field operations, network performance, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and will be responsible for SLA adherence, network fault prevention, compliance, and driving efficiency through digitization and strong partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track SLAs for OSP Service Requests (SRs) and Trouble Tickets (TTs)
  • Derive and implement action plans in collaboration with UGCM partners and field ODN teams
  • Lead proactive and preventive network corrections to improve performance and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Drive partner governance, including contract compliance and MoM tracking
  • Encourage digitization and enforce process adherence across field teams
  • Track and manage material issuance and consumption for operational efficiency

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ODN / FTTH Network Operations
  • Expertise in SLA tracking and ticket resolution processes
  • Proven experience in partner/vendor coordination and team leadership
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and tools
  • Strong adherence to compliance and safety standards
  • Inventory and material management experience
  • Familiarity with digitization tools and process improvement frameworks
