Front Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to respective departments.
- Maintain visitor/customer database and manage appointment schedules.
- Provide basic information on vehicles, services, and showroom facilities.
- Guide customers to sales or service representatives based on their needs.
- Handle front desk administrative tasks like email correspondence, courier dispatch, stationery management, etc.
- Ensure the front desk and customer waiting area are neat and presentable.
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer queries and ensure a satisfactory showroom experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13+ years experience in front office / customer service roles (Automobile industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good English and local language communication.
- Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working
- Showroom Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
