Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them to respective departments.
  • Maintain visitor/customer database and manage appointment schedules.
  • Provide basic information on vehicles, services, and showroom facilities.
  • Guide customers to sales or service representatives based on their needs.
  • Handle front desk administrative tasks like email correspondence, courier dispatch, stationery management, etc.
  • Ensure the front desk and customer waiting area are neat and presentable.
  • Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and basic documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Address customer queries and ensure a satisfactory showroom experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 13+ years experience in front office / customer service roles (Automobile industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good English and local language communication.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working
  • Showroom Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
