Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role based in Patna. The Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks necessary for the effective functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing communications, assisting with daily office operations, organizing and maintaining records, and managing office equipment. The individual will contribute to creating a smooth and efficient work environment while supporting team members where needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills to professionally interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including scheduling, record management, and document preparation.
- Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
