Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated Hair Trainer responsible for educating and training hair professionals on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry. As a Hair Trainer, your role will encompass:

1.Developing and Delivering Training Programs:

oDesigning and implementing comprehensive training programs covering hairstyling, coloring, cutting, and related services.

2.Conducting Training Sessions:

oDelivering engaging training sessions to groups of professionals in salons and educational institutions, as well as conducting one-on-one sessions for individual stylists.

3.Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:

oKeeping abreast of the latest industry trends and incorporating them into training programs to ensure relevance and innovation.

4.Evaluating Trainees:

oAssessing trainees performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

5.Creating Training Materials:

oDeveloping educational resources such as manuals, videos, and guides to support ongoing learning outside of training sessions.

6.Managing Client Relationships:

oBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients including salons, educational institutions, and individual stylists.

7.Attending Industry Events:

oParticipating in trade shows, conferences, and workshops to stay updated with industry developments and network with professionals.

8.Individual Contributor:

oPerform routine maintenance on hair replacement systems.

oExecute cutting and fitting procedures for hair replacements.

oAchieve team sales targets by promoting hair systems to clients.

oCultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Several years of experience as a professional hair stylist or cosmetologist.

Certification or diploma from a recognized hair styling or cosmetology program.
