Job Overview

Solitaire Global Schools is seeking a Senior Hair Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in the hair industry and expertise in advanced hair cutting and styling techniques. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for mentoring students and staff, ensuring the highest standards of education in hair training. We are looking for someone passionate about fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in hair cutting techniques with a focus on advanced methods (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in using various hair styling tools and equipment, ensuring safety and style precision (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of hair health and treatment practices to educate on maintaining healthy hair (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques to guide students effectively.
  • Proven ability in teaching and mentoring, fostering student growth and confidence in hair styling.
  • Experience in digital content creation for educational purposes, enhancing the learning experience.
  • Skilled in curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry trends and student needs.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, building rapport with students and addressing their individual aspirations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs in hair styling and cutting techniques.
  • Mentor and guide students, helping them develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge in hair styling.
