Role Description

We are hiring for
City Manager
and
Area Manager
positions, full-time and on-site in
Bengaluru
.

Both roles focus on leading sales growth, driving operational excellence, and building strong customer relationships in their respective geographies. The
City Manager
will oversee broader market performance, strategy, and revenue growth across the city, while the
Area Manager
will handle sales and team leadership within a specific region or cluster.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving property sales and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Leading, training, and mentoring sales teams to deliver high performance.
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with exceptional service.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Overseeing operations from lead generation to deal closures.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth client experiences.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record in
    Sales Leadership / Business Development
  • Prior experience as a
    City/Area Sales Manager
    in real estate or related sectors preferred
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
  • Successful record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the
    real estate market in Bengaluru
    (and other Tier-1 growth markets in India) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related field
    preferred
