Role Description

The Housekeeping / Accommodation Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping and accommodation functions at the resort. This role ensures that all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety, providing an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Inspect rooms, cottages, and public areas to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
  • Oversee laundry operations and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for arrivals.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the front office and maintenance team for seamless operations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to build a motivated team.
  • Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and maintain operational reports.
  • Monitor budgets, control departmental costs, and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and resort policies.
