Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop retention strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty and minimize churn

rates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, sales to align retention

efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Utilize Webengage platform to design and execute targeted engagement campaigns

across various channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

  • Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for personalized

communication and proactive intervention.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and engagement, and

provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Continuously optimize retention tactics based on performance metrics and industry best

practices.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the

effectiveness of retention efforts

Preferred candidate profile

Must haves

  • Hands on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap/Webengage/MoEngage
  • 5+ years of retention marketing/ customer lifecycle management experience in B2C app

businesses

Great to have

  • Experience in Insurance industry
  • 2+ years experience in using tools like Appsflyer, MixPanel and GA
