Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Intern to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying new prospects to closing deals and bringing new clients on board. This is a hands-on position where you will learn the fundamentals of consultative B2B sales in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, online tools, and industry networking.
Initiate and manage communication with potential clients via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
Conduct discovery calls to understand the unique challenges and goals of each business.
Articulate the value of Diztaly's service packages and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Manage negotiations, finalize agreements, and successfully onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our project management team.
Qualifications
:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
A strong, confident personality with a natural ability to build rapport.
A keen interest in digital marketing and a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
