Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern. As a Sales Intern, you will engage in day-to-day tasks such as supporting sales operations, communicating with potential and existing clients, and providing customer service excellence. You will assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring customers are well-informed about Implex Edu's offerings. Additionally, you may participate in training sessions to gain insights into effective sales management and contribute to operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries.
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management practices to support sales operations and strategies.
- Ability to participate in Training sessions and quickly incorporate feedback for improvement.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in remote work environments.
- Familiarity with educational technology or platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
