Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, handling denials, and ensuring timely collections from payers. This role demands strong analytical skills, familiarity with medical billing systems, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end AR follow-up on denied and unpaid claims
  • Analyze and resolve insurance denials, rejections, and underpayments
  • Work on EHR systems and payer portals to track claim status
  • Post charges and payments accurately in billing software
  • Generate and review aging reports to prioritize follow-ups
  • Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and providers
  • Stay updated on payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR calling or analysis
  • Strong understanding of RCM processes, including denial management
  • Proficiency in any one medical billing software (say : ECW etc.)
  • Familiarity with insurance portals and EHR systems
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and adapt to US time zones
