**Job Title**: Sr. Consultant - Physician AR (RCM)

**Experience Required**: 1 to 4 Years (Physician RCM/AR Experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production**: Review and resolve outstanding AR or denials to meet daily productivity targets.
- **Quality**: Ensure accuracy and mínimal deviation in claim resolution.
- **TOS (Time on System)**: Adhere to shift schedules and maintain productive working hours.

**Mandatory Skills & Requirements**:

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in **Physician RCM (AR domain)**.
- Strong **analytical skills** to assess claims and denials.
- Excellent **communication skills** (Voice process only).
- **Flexible** to work from the office and open to learning new processes/technologies.
- **Good understanding** of the following:

- Claim Form 1500
- Physician RCM lifecycle (Provider-side processes)
- Coding tools like **CCI** and **McKesson**:

- Knowledge of various specialties**:Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Surgery,** etc.
- Clearinghouses such as **Waystar**, **Ecommerce**, etc.
- CPT ranges & modifiers
- Distinction between **DME & Claim adjudication** (not applicable for this role)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
