Voice-based process only.
DME & Claim adjudication do not fall under Physician AR.
Domain experience in overpayment alone does not qualify for L2 screening.
Role Definition
A Sr. Consultant's primary responsibilities include achieving daily KRAs, such as:
Production - Reviewing claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
Quality - Completing production tasks with mínimal deviation.
TOS (Time on System) - Adhering to shift schedules and maintaining productive hours.
