**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year - 4 yrs (Ar caller)

**Salary**: Upto 4 LPA

**Working days** : 5 days

**Shift**: Night shift

**Location**: Lanco hills, Manikonda

**Skill set**: Excellent English communication

**Roles and responsibily**:
**Follow-up on Outstanding Payments**:

- Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain a record of communications and payment status.

**Resolve Billing Issues**:

- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues with invoices or payments.
- Address customer concerns and clarify billing details to ensure timely payment.

**Maintain Accurate Records**:

- Keep detailed records of all customer communications, including the outcome of payment follow-ups.
- Update customer accounts to reflect payment information and status.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates on the status of outstanding receivables to the finance team.
- Track collection metrics and report on goals, targets, and achievements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
