Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Procurement, Logistics, and Vendor Management to strengthen our supply chain operations. The role requires 3–4 years of proven expertise in procurement and logistics, focusing on sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor development, and streamlining end-to-end logistics operations. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve product or service issues.
  • Analyze supplier quotations, pricing trends, and market conditions for cost optimization.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics documentation.
  • Prepare reports on vendor performance, procurement metrics, and logistics efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet organizational procurement and logistics needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics operations, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems/MS Excel for procurement and logistics tracking.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
