Role Overview
We are inviting applications from dynamic and self-driven women professionals for the position of Business Executive. The role involves direct handling of customers, field activities, and dealership interactions to drive business growth and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dealerships and build strong business relationships for lead generation and document collection.
Collect and verify customer KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and other required papers for loan processing.
Conduct field investigations to assess customer authenticity and creditworthiness.
Manage collections and follow-ups for overdue accounts up to 9 months of tenure.
Ensure the timely release of Delivery Orders (DOs), maintaining a monthly target of 8-10 DOs.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of field activities and performance metrics.
