Job Summary:

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent for a variety of roles, including software developers, system administrators, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone or video) to evaluate qualifications.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams and track progress.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical job roles, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java, DevOps, Cloud, SQL, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions.
