Business Facilitation Center (BFC Manager) & Finance Expert

Job Description:


Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the primary liaison between the Business

Facilitation Center (BFC) and MSSIDC, ensuring effective communication and smooth

operations.


Overall BFC Management: Take responsibility for the overall management and

supervision of the BFC, ensuring that all services and processes run efficiently.


Progress Reporting: Prepare monthly progress reports on BFC activities, tracking key

performance indicators and highlighting successes and areas of improvement.


Activity Tracking: Regularly monitor and track ongoing activities at the BFC, ensuring

timely completion of tasks, addressing delays, and mitigating potential risks.


MSME Finance Advisory: Advise MSMEs on selecting and accessing the right finance

options, including loans, grants, and other financial products available to them.


Document Support for Loans: Assist MSMEs in gathering and verifying necessary

documentation for loan sanctions, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.


Compliance Assistance: Guide MSMEs in completing essential registrations such as

GST, PAN, and Income Tax filing to ensure legal and tax compliance.


Collaboration with Experts: Facilitate connections between MSMEs and relevant

industry experts for further advice on compliances, tax filing, and other operational

needs.


Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

Educational Qualification:


Graduate degree in Finance, CA, Economics, or Commerce from a recognized institute.

Experience:


Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing or working with government

projects in India, particularly focused on MSME development, finance, and compliance.

Preferred Skills for the above Job Description:


Strong knowledge of the MSME ecosystem and government schemes.


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Experience in financial advisory and loan facilitation for MSMEs.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to organize outreach programs and workshops.


Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
