**About the role**:
**Your Impact as **Global Finance Partner - FP&A (BBRG)**

**BBRG BU FP&A**:

- Produce and deliver standardized reports across Bekaert in line with the reporting timetables communicated. This will include, but not be limited to: Detailed Financial Highlights, Segment Highlights, FIFO, EBIT to EBITDA Reconciliation and RMI.
- Prepare reporting templates, in advance, and share location and guidance, as relevant, with the local finance teams. This will include, but not be limited to: Month end reporting file, Presentation Review templates and Forecasting Import files.
- Assist in filling of various global FP&A templates - e.g. Monthly Commentary.
- Help to deliver key planning cycles by adhering to BU reporting timelines, performing the global consolidations as required, and outlining the key findings, risk and opportunities to BU FP&A Lead and VP Finance.
- Monitor the periodic intercompany FX position, and drive corrections and compliance of the BU, to minimize FX inconsistencies on consolidation.
- Review the BFC package status of the global entities to drive completion and ensure Group deadlines are met.
- Ensure the timely execution of reports, with data integrity. The content must be understood, allowing questions raised by Group to be answered efficiently and effectively, and corrective actions to be pursued, when required.
- Financial modeling and data gathering as required, providing analysis and insights, identifying trends, and ensuring consistency of reporting.
- Support the Synthetics and Services Finance Business Partners, providing them with financial metrics, and entity commentary, in advance of the Monthly Business Review meetings.
- Interface with key stakeholders across the BU to understand requirements, and drive further development of reports and controls, as well as analysis and insights.
- Support the team in transforming reporting requirements, adapting to new reporting platforms and adding value wherever possible.
- Comply with internal and external financial policies, standards and controls, whilst understanding the impact of own role on other areas.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines, within the breadth of your role, are met.
- Assist with the training of new BBRG FP&A team members.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Professional Accounting qualification - CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.

**Experience** : 3-5 Years or More.

**Technical Skills**
- Expert knowledge of all Bekaert systems: BFC (Financial Consolidation tool), Power BI, SAP and other reporting tools. This will broaden in scope as the new systems come online (Central Finance (CFIN), SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC Planning tool), Group Reporting Tool.
- Knowledge and understanding of operations of accounting & financial function is essential.
- Software knowledge - Highly competent IT skills - especially in MS Excel.
