Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assisted Living Manager, located in Noida. The Assisted Living Manager will oversee the daily operations of assisted living facilities, ensuring high standards of care for residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating independent and assisted living services, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling budgeting tasks, and fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and the community. The manager will act as a leader to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized living environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Independent Living, Senior Living Communities, and Long-Term Care management
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for operational efficiency
  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage staff and coordinate services
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, safety protocols, and eldercare practices
  • Relevant certifications or training in eldercare or assisted living management are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Management, or a related field is preferred
