Job Title: Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Manager

Location: Hyderabad(Suchitra)

Industry: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Experience: 5–8 years in full-cycle HR operations (preferably in construction/MEP/engineering companies)

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional to manage the entire HR operations independently for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Human Resources, from recruitment to exit, ensuring smooth HR processes that support our fast-growing MEP business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, conduct interviews, prepare offer/appointment letters, and oversee smooth induction of employees.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly payroll, manage attendance/leave records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, increments, incentives, and benefits administration.
  • Performance Management: Drive appraisal cycles, track performance metrics, and support managers with performance improvement initiatives.
  • HR Policies & Documentation: Maintain employee records, draft HR policies, contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a single point of contact for all HR queries, grievance handling, and employee engagement activities.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • MIS & Reporting: Prepare HR dashboards, manpower reports, and present insights to management for decision-making.
  • Site HR Support: Coordinate manpower deployment, HR support, and resolve HR-related issues across project sites.

Key Requirements

  • MBA / PG in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR operations (preferably in MEP/Construction/Engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
