HR & Admin Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
- Formulate and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to enhance productivity and morale.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labour laws, and audit requirements.
- Oversee administrative operations—vendor management, procurement, facility upkeep, documentation, and logistics.
- Support top management in strategic planning, reporting, and process improvement.
- Foster a professional, ethical, and growth-driven work culture.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven HR leadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of HR operations, statutory compliance, and performance management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and data management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead teams, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
