Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Shift Timings : 10 am till 7 pm

Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including:

  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits.
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Take the lead and be proactive by reaching out to potential customers through engaging sales calls.
  • Go for the site visits with the clients and show them relevant properties.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
