Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Manager –Finance to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and strengthen process governance. The role involves managing the Record-to-Report (R2R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions, leading a small team, and driving automation and process standardization within the ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage complete O2C cycle including invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.


• Lead month-end and year-end closures for R2R, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


• Maintain GL integrity, review trial balances, and manage reconciliations (bank, AR/AP, intercompany, etc.).


• Strengthen internal controls and implement SOPs for process efficiency.


• Identify automation opportunities in Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.


• Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 members, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills & Competencies:


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred).


• Hands-on experience in R2R and O2C processes, reconciliations, and closures.


• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data validation.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Exposure to automation or process transformation projects is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:


• Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com


• Experience:

o M.Com/MBA: 8–12 years (incl. 3+ years in a managerial role)

o CA/CMA: 3+ years post-qualification experience


• ERP Exposure: Oracle NetSuite / SAP / Oracle R12 / similar
