, our new venture focused on creating next-generation gaming experiences. To bring this vision to life, we are looking for a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join our core team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder and CFO
located in Lucknow. The Co-Founder and CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of FRAY, with a primary focus on ensuring the inflow of funds through fundraising, partnerships, and direct contribution. The candidate
should be able to fund and support our new venture
in its early stages while also developing strategies for long-term financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, effective fund management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Co-Founder and CFO will work closely with other executives to define strategic initiatives, manage investor relations, and scale FRAY globally.
