Lead process transparency, harmonization, and transformation using Process Mining tools to identify inefficiencies and create future-ready workflows.

What You'll Do:

Manage the entire process mining lifecycle; ensure models are up to date and actionable.

Encourage openness in workflows, standardize practices, and boost performance across primary areas (Traveler Care, Finance, Onboarding, IT, etc.).

Collaborate with system integrators, IT, and business leaders to align processes with Process Mining tool's standard methodologies.

Lead workshops with collaborators to capture current and construct future processes.

Monitor and showcase process benchmarks to leadership, ensuring business impact and value delivery.

Lead a small high-performing team to support ongoing process excellence initiatives.

Apply Process Mining to pinpoint process inefficiencies and grasp the underlying reasons, consistently collaborating with the customer.

Facilitate value generation workshops and synchronize metrics to enhance process inefficiencies. Employ Process Mining analysis to validate the outcomes.

Establish and track indicators & targets to monitor process performance and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through dashboards in the Process Mining tool.

Communicate progress, successes, and challenges to senior leadership, providing regular updates on the status of transformation initiatives.

Offer support and mentorship to project teams and collaborators to guarantee successful implementation and sustainability of improvements.

Ability to multi-task on a variety of different projects, in a high-paced environment.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and guidelines in Process Mining, integrating new advancements and tools as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Experience required: 7-10 years working as a transformation consultant, with expertise in Process Mining.

Technical Skills:

Voice/Email/Chat contact center optimization experience.

Exposure to Salesforce/RPA/ML/AI/Generative AI tools preferred.

Expert knowledge of process mapping/modeling tools is required.

Familiarity with process automation and technological solutions is advantageous.

Proficient knowledge of travel industry operations.

Ability to analyze complex data sets, find opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision making.

Continuous improvement approach with a passion for driving positive change and achieving measurable results.

Excellent project management skills to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Hands-on experience in PM tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, etc., with a deep understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively persuading and working with collaborators at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with Process Mining software is necessary.

Possessing a Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management credentials (e.g., PMP, ASM) would be advantageous.

Familiarity with travel industry norms and guidelines is preferred.
