Role & responsibilities

Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reduce downtime in batching and cement industries.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and budgets to optimize equipment performance and minimize costs.
  • Team Management: Lead and train maintenance teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to production.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain equipment performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Skills:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) certification.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in cement or batching industries, with knowledge of specific equipment and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance management software, such as SAP or CMMS .
