About VV Gems:

VV Gems is a Surat-based diamond and fine jewelry manufacturer and exporter, serving global clients through premium online platforms.

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns — focused on jewelry e-commerce, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Set up and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for jewelry promotions and conversions.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
  • Research and analyze target audiences for high-value jewelry buyers (India, U.S., and Europe).
  • Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for visuals and videos.
  • Implement retargeting, lookalike, and remarketing campaigns to increase conversions.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce brands preferred.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Understanding of basic SEO, landing page optimization, and tracking tools (UTM, GTM).
  • Proficiency in English for ad copywriting and reporting.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with Shopify, Etsy, or IndiaMART marketing integrations.
  • Familiarity with Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads for luxury marketing.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop for ad creatives.
