Senior Assistant Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery & Governance

    • Lead the delivery of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality.
    • Establish and enforce delivery governance, agile practices, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Client Engagement

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor Salesforce consultants, developers, architects, and business analysts.
    • Drive resource planning, onboarding, and performance management.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Solution Design & Architecture

    • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Review technical designs and ensure alignment with best practices and platform capabilities.

  • Practice Development

    • Contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice through thought leadership, reusable assets, and accelerators.
    • Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, demos, and estimations.
