About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Provar Automation Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce testing and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Provar, ensuring quality across Salesforce implementations and integrations.

What You'll Do:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage Jira or similar tools.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and limitations.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Salesforce Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
