SR. STATIC ENGINEER

The desired candidate should be B.E./B. Tech- Mechanical with 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals sector business with competency to run PV-Elite tools and working closely & monitoring draftsman working on ATOCAD.

Candidate should possess:

  • 10+ year designing of static equipment, known for exceptional planning, quick adaptability, and strong teamwork. skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently while consistently delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of codes ASME sec-viii div.1/2, section II part- A & D , API 650 & API 660 & industrial standards such as TEMA, EIL
  • Thorough understanding of PV Elite and code calc for comprehensive pressure vessel design and analysis.
  • Experienced in designing equipment using material such as carbon steel (cs), low alloy steel (las), stainless steel (ss) including plate, forging, pipe, fitting, tube etc.
  • Should have handled team of 4-5 Junior Static designers & Draftsman .

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Shall be responsible for the design and engineering of Static Equipment like, Columns, Pressure vessels, KODs, Scrubbers, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, and Storage tanks etc as per as per ASME Section VIII Div-1 / Div-2, API 650/620, API 660, API 661 and TEMA.
  • Thorough review of all fabrication drawing sheets of column like GA, Nozzle & internal, notes, TSR drawing, insulation support, davit, shell development, transportation drawings etc to ensure accuracy and compliance before client release.
  • Prepare and issue of Technical Specifications, Mechanical Data Sheets,PreparTechnical Bid Evaluations for standalone equipment & Package items : Separators, KODs, Scrubbers, Fuel Gas Conditioning skids, Gas Dehydration Units,
  • Preparation of Package Data sheet, Rotary Data sheet, Prepare Technical Bid Evaluations Package Item.
