Role & responsibilities

  • Statutory Compliance documentation as per Factory License, EHS ( Environmental, Health & Safety), CLRA and other applicable labour legislations.
  • Employee/Contract Labour Grievance Handling.
  • Assisting in recruitment of contractual manpower and deploying to shop floor after induction & joining formalities.
  • Tracking and insuring 100% contractual manpower availability according to the production plan.
  • Monitoring and managing the entire time office for all the off roll employees.
  • Managing the payroll management system including leave management for all the off roll employees.
  • Auditing and ensuring the 100% payment deposition of EPF and ESIC by the contractors.
  • Checking invoice and ensuring timely payment of contractors after deduction & adjustment.
  • Monitoring, recruiting, managing attendance and ensuring stipend of Apprentice Trainees.
  • Assisting in training & development.
  • Preparing monthly HR report .
  • Participating in employee engagement initiatives and facilitating family visit and dealers visit to Plant.
  • Canteen, Security, Gardening & Housekeeping

Preferred candidate profile

Must be min experience of 5 years in HR & Admin

Must have exposure of 5S, EHS & IMS,

Knowledge of statutory compliances

Knowledge of New labour codes

Hands on Training & Development,
