Post : Ast Manager - Accounts and Finance

Location : Andheri W, Mumbai

Qualification: CA

Experience : Fresher - 1 year

Salary : Upto 10 LPA

Saturday / Sunday off

The Accounts and Finance Manager will assist the Sr Manager Accounts and Finance oversee accounting, budgeting, taxation, audits, and compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective internal controls. The role supports financial planning, cash flow management, and provides insights to aid business decisions and growth.

Job Profile

Financial Planning & Management

• Support management in developing and implementing financial plans aligned with business goals.

• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

• Assist in cost control, risk management, and investment evaluations.

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate books of accounts.

• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and timely monthly/annual closings.

• Present financial reports and key insights to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Track expenditure against budgets and highlight deviations.

• Provide financial inputs to support strategic and operational decisions.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).

• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

• Support internal and external audit processes and implement recommendations.

Treasury & Cash Flow

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.

• Oversee payments, receivables, and credit control to maintain liquidity.

Team Management

• Supervise and guide the Accounts & Finance team for accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain robust internal controls and standard operating procedures.

• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
