Role Overview

We're looking for a product manager to support the digital development of Mahindra's EV charging experience across the ME4U connected car app and the Charge_IN public charging app. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to improve features, enhance user experience, and use data to guide product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Public Charging App and ME4U: Drive feature development and continuous enhancements for ME4U and Charge_IN apps. Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and QA teams to deliver seamless user journeys and high-performing interfaces.
  • Third-Party Integrations Integrations & Management of Public Charging Stations at Aggregator Apps: Support end-to-end integration of Mahindra's public chargers with third-party aggregator platforms and the Unified Charging Hub of MHI. This includes coordinating API integrations, managing pricing and availability, ensuring platform reliability, and maintaining strong working relationships with partner apps.
  • Digital Marketing Coordination Work with internal marketing and external partners to support paid and organic campaigns that promote app adoption and usage. Align messaging across digital channels and optimize for engagement.
  • Analytics & Insights Build dashboards to monitor app usage, user behavior, and campaign performance. Translate data into actionable insights to inform product decisions and improve KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 years in digital product management, preferably in a startup or SaaS (EV, mobility, or consumer tech)
  • Strong understanding of mobile apps, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Power BI and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage digital roadmaps.
  • Passion for user-centric design and EV innovation.
