What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

This person would be overall responsible to ensure seamless service delivery of P2P and related MIS processes as per the agreed Service Levels. Further, to manage relationships with business partners (internal & external) and support teams like Marketing, Admin etc

Also responsible for building/maintaining a co-operative, motivated, resilient and must be a team player. Work closely with management for strategy decisions on operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall FIN operations management of Accounts Payable, should be able to handle huge data and analyze in excel.
  • Ownership of related GLs like Fixed Assets, Advances, etc
  • Adhere to the migration plan as and when required.
  • Escalation management and resolving stakeholder queries.
  • Driving Continuous improvement framework
  • Assist in technology and process changes
  • Regular collaborate with team and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of various client MIS reports including month end closing activities in relation to Accounts Payable
  • Co-ordinate with statutory and internal auditors for statutory audit closure or any other compliance audits.
  • Participate in review meetings daily and weekly.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrate multitasking ability and able to handle pressures

What you'll need:

  • CA
  • 5 years+ experience in a similar role in Finance and Accounting.
  • Good hands on experience in overall finance and accounts.
  • Understanding on accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls and risks of the process.
  • Good communication and client management skills set.
  • Ability to set up, streamline processes/procedures and improve the same.
  • Working knowledge on Applications (desirable) in or in any other Financial ERP.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Team-work skills.
  • Ability to work independently on key monthly deliverables and multitasking.
