Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including budget preparation and monitoring. Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Generate MIS reports and share them with top management every month.
Present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and the board of directors. Financial Operations Management:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
Spearheaded a wide spectrum of Finance & Accounts activities encompassing finalization of accounts, cash flow management, MIS & reporting, and auditing. Experience in preparation & presentation of financial statements like Trading Accounts, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheet. Risk Management and Compliance:Monitor financial performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and laws. Team Leadership and Development:Supervise and mentor finance department staff, including accountants and financial analysts. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to promote professional development within the team.
Strategic Planning and Decision Support:Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and business initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Requirements:Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CA/CFA preferred.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role. Industry Background: Prior experience in E-Commerce is essential. Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Office, with expertise in Excel.
