Job Description
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients and projects for Shunyaa. The position is incentive-based, you'll earn a percentage of the revenue from every project you help close. If you're ambitious, love networking, and thrive in a performance-based role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities in line with Shunyaa's creative services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and pitch Shunyaa's services with confidence.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Track leads, conversions, and industry trends to maximize growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter who is motivated by results and rewards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or within creative/production/agency space is an advantage.
- Strong networking skills and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
