With a strong presence in the US, APAC, and Europe, we are now expanding our footprint in the MENA region and are looking for a driven Sales Development Professional to accelerate our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prospect potential clients across the MENA region through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events).
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with the companys revenue goals.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between prospects and senior sales team members.
- Customize outreach strategies to resonate with decision-makers in the MENA region (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and research teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track regional trends, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities in MENA markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales / lead generation, preferably in SaaS, Market Research, or Consulting.
- Strong knowledge/experience in handling Middle East and North Africa clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Target-driven with proven ability to achieve/exceed lead-generation and meeting-booking quotas.
- Ability to adapt sales approaches to cultural nuances of the MENA region.
