Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Location: Delhi

Working Days: 5.5 Days per week

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Social Media Marketing Freshers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create engaging content, posts, and captions aligned with brand tone and goals
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive engagement and followers
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
  • Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and promotions
  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and a passion for social media trends
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
