Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our brand's online presence, engage our audience, and drive growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging and on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) in collaboration with the design and content teams
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging
  • Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
