JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in all AIF-related compliance, filings, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate between CEO, CIO, fund managers, and external consultants (legal, audit, trustee, administrator, compliance).
  • Prepare minutes, agreements, notes, and internal approval documents.

  • Maintain trackers, MIS, and status updates for all AIF activities

  • Requirements

  • Qualified CS (must) having 0-1 yrs of experience.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
