**Role :Investment Counselor**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Driving MF/PMS/AIF **business through Relationship Managers ,doing portfolio reviews
- Facilitating growth of MF/PMS/AIF Asset under Management
- **Training and development** of Relationship Managers & Dealers
- Ensuring the availability of support system like training, joint calls new product information to achieve the results.
- Manage & Discuss customer financial needs, counsel them on asset allocation, diversification and taxation.
- Optimally use the **sales model **& maximize sales and AUM from the region.
- **Review & Monitor portfolios** in order to maintain the desired assets allocation with an equal focus on risk reduction.
- Formulation of various strategies to enhance the wealth business in the region.
- Provide input & support for the development of the new business initiative and product enhancement.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decision are made & demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation

**In depth domain knowledge of**:

- Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS
- Equity Market & Current Economy.
- Distribution / Channel management.
- Good communication skills
- Good market knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with other people well
- 7-10 years of work experience in NBFC, Banks, Mutual Fund industry
