Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Tele Verification Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to verify customer details via phone calls, ensure data accuracy, and maintain quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers for verification purposes.
  • Verify customer-provided information such as identity, address, and other relevant details.
  • Update verification results accurately in the system.
  • Follow company protocols, call scripts, and compliance standards.
  • Handle verification-related queries from customers professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams if discrepancies or issues arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and polite telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or verification roles is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of CRM or tele verification tools is a plus.
