Role Description
- Ad Spend and Margin's Invoicing. Prepare and verify invoices for ad spend and agency margins. o Coordinate with internal teams to validate spends and ensure timely client billing. Maintain accurate records of invoiced amounts and support documentation.
- Client Ledger Reconciliation. Regularly reconcile client accounts and ledgers to ensure financial accuracy. Investigate discrepancies and follow up on missing or mis posted entries. o Coordinate with the client servicing and sales teams for timely updates and resolutions.
- Collections and Ledger Reconciliation. Track receivables and follow up with clients for pending payments. Work closely with the collections team to ensure timely inflows. Update financial systems with payment details and reconcile against ledger entries.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, billing, or reconciliation.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
