We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Management Reporting Executive with strong Tally experience to join our growing team. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with preparation of management reports to support decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries in Tally.

· Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers for payables, receivables, and general accounts.

· Generate various reports as desired by higher authorities.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for management review.

· Coordinate with internal teams for purchase, billing and payment coordination.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.

· Generate product wise/ service wise profitability for different verticals.

· Ensure timely collection and follow up for that together with accounts and sales team.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting

· 2–4 years of experience in accounting and MIS reporting

· Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory)

· Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
