Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Invoice Processing**: Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Perform regular ledger balances, bank reconciliations, and other financial reconciliations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare tax returns and ensure the timely payment of all tax liabilities.
- **Budgeting Support**: Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- **Audit Support**: Assist in the preparation of audit files and facilitate the smooth completion of audit activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial standards (GAAP or IFRS), and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
