**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
**Experience**: Minimum 3 to 4 years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Maintain accurate financial records and handle daily accounting transactions_
- _Ensure timely compliance and filing of _**PF**_, _**ESI**_, _**TDS**_, _**Professional Tax**_, and _**GST**_
- _Manage payroll data, including statutory deductions and contributions_
- _Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and perform bank reconciliations_
- _Support internal and external audits_
- _Use accounting tools such as _**Tally**_, _**Zoho Books**_, or equivalent platforms_

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- _Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliance_
- _Thorough knowledge of _**PF**_, _**ESI**_, _**TDS**_, _**P-Tax**_, and _**GST**_ _regulations_
- _Proficient in accounting software such as _**Tally**_, _**Zoho Books**_, etc._
- _Strong skills in _**MS Excel**_ _and financial documentation_
- _Clear understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements_
- _Educational Background: _**B.Com**_, _**M.Com**_, or _**MBA (Finance)**_ _or equivalent_
